Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (877) 241-3172. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is drewstreetautorepair.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Clearwater is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Clearwater follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This shop always has my back. I have a 2003 Toyota and they always get me on the road quickly. They are patient and explain things to me cause I know nothing about cars.they remind me by text about oil change! And have a way to make an appointment online! I've been going here for years and will continue to rave about them! Thank you drew street auto. You make it so comfortable for me. Y'all are AMAZING!!!! They also fix my air conditioning for such a great price. And I've been without it for 7 years. I'm so grateful for drew street auto

I have been going to Drew St Auto for about 6 months..they took over a mess of a oil leak another shop did poorly. I had such a great experience with everybody over there I now come to them for everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND....The other day I was there for an oil change and they noticed a problem with a belt they had just replaced...without question they replaced it under warranty and it took just a few minutes..Jeff has been my guy but ALL of them are terrific. They're from Michigan. They know cars..trust them..if you need anything they are just a text away..and that is who you want as your mechanic.

I cannot recommend Drew Street Auto Repair highly enough. A huge thank you to Randy, Jeff, and their entire team of mechanics for taking such great care of my vehicle and helping me navigate a non-standard repair issue. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, understanding, professional, and genuinely focused on finding the best solution. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire process, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me even more was how fair and honest their pricing was—something that can be hard to find these days. Beyond being exceptional mechanics, they are simply great people to do business with. They treated me with respect, communicated openly, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. I would come back to Drew Street Auto Repair in a heartbeat for any future repairs, not only because of their expertise, but because of the way they conduct business. If you’re looking for skilled, honest mechanics who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go.

Best Auto Shop Around 🚗🔥 I moved here from out of state, and I’m sure you can imagine how it can be difficult having to find all new places around town that you can trust. Especially auto repair!!! Drew Street Auto Repair in Clearwater came as a recommendation and has been my go to for everything since I moved here (for my car and my wife’s car), and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them 🙌🏼 They’ve handled oil changes, air and cabin filter replacements, brakes, rotors, pads, and tire rotations for me, and every single time the work has been spot on 🔧✅ You can tell they take pride in what they do and actually care about doing the job right (super competent!). All of this work they’ve done has ALWAYS been done in a timely fashion too 👌🏼 What really sets them apart is how easy they are to work with. The whole team is super friendly, honest, and just genuinely great people 👍🏼 It’s hard to find a shop where you feel comfortable and not like you’re getting taken advantage of, but this is definitely one of those places. Pricing is always fair, no surprises, no nonsense 💯 Just solid, quality work at a price that makes sense. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic wh

Absolutely love this place! I recently purchased a used vehicle and had some issues arise. Jeff took care of me right away. Not mention is super helpful and transparent every step of the way. I really appreciate the all around service!! The team is super friendly, honest, and most importantly competent and really knows their stuff. They make the whole process easy and never try to push anything unnecessary. Prices are extremely fair, service is quick, and I always drive away with peace of mind, which is priceless to me. I’ve already recommended this shop for my sister and her car is running like a champ now! We’re both happy with our cars! I Highly recommend coming here for all of your auto needs. I’ve definitely be a regular customer 😎
